Steps

Add all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix together

Add the wet ingredients (water last) together with the dry ingredients.

Mix everything together until smooth and runny

Heat a frying pan (any size - your preference) I prefer a medium size.

Add some oil just enough to coat the pan. Pour a ladle full (if you chose a smaller pan you might need to use half a ladle) of batter into the pan.

Leave until the sides of the mixture begin to loosen

Flip the pancake once and cook until golden brown on both sides.

Fill with desired filling. Cinnamon and sugar is always a winner!! Serve warm.
