Steps

Saute chicken in oil, 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.

Pour off all but one tbsp of oil. Add onion, saute for 3 mins.

Add broth and remove bits from bottom of pan. Raise heat and reduce by half, about 3 minutes.

Add tomatoes, lemon pepper and herbs.

Add chicken back. Cook until chicken is done.
