15 ouncescanned tuna packed in spring water
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1large cucumber
1medium golden delicious apple
1 tablespoonslemon juice
1 pinchsalt
1/2 teaspoondill weed
1 tablespoonschopped parsley for garnish

To a bowl add tuna. Wash, peel, and shave a cucumber into thin very thin "chips"

Wash, peel, core, and dice the apple. Add to the tuna along with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add dill weed.

Mix together well
