Ingredients

270 mins
  1. 1 Poundred potatoes (quartered)
  2. 1 poundwhole carrots
  3. 6bone in chicken thighs 3 boneless chicken breasts
  4. salt and pepper
  5. Place above ingredients into crock pot, in a separate bowl mix the following ingredients:
  6. 1/2 Cupsoy sauce
  7. 1/2 Cuphoney
  8. 1 1/2 tspdried basil
  9. 8 Clovesminced garlic
  10. 1/2 tspchili flakes
  11. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  12. 1/2 poundfresh whole green beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Place potatoes, carrots, chicken, salt & pepper into crock pot

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl mix next 6 ingredients and pour over chicken and vegetables

  3. 3

    Cook on high for 4 hours

  4. 4

    Place green beans on top and cook 30 additional minutes
