1 Poundred potatoes (quartered)
1 poundwhole carrots
6bone in chicken thighs 3 boneless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
Place above ingredients into crock pot, in a separate bowl mix the following ingredients:
1/2 Cupsoy sauce
1/2 Cuphoney
1 1/2 tspdried basil
8 Clovesminced garlic
1/2 tspchili flakes
1/2 tspblack pepper
1/2 poundfresh whole green beans

Place potatoes, carrots, chicken, salt & pepper into crock pot

In a separate bowl mix next 6 ingredients and pour over chicken and vegetables

Cook on high for 4 hours

Place green beans on top and cook 30 additional minutes
