Ingredients

20 mimiutes
2 servings
  • 100 gmkeema (mutton)
  • 2 Tspgram dal
  • 1 Tspginger crushed
  • 1 Tspgarlic crushed
  • 1 Tspraw papaya paste
  • 2clove
  • 2green cardomam
  • 8black pepper
  • 1 stickcinnamon
  • 1black cardamoms
  • 1 pinchturmric powder
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 1onion chopped
  • Salt to tastes
  • 2 Tspclarify butter
  • 2 Tspcoriander leave
  • 2 Tsproasted gram flour
  • 2 TspDryfruits crushed
  • 2 Tspfried onion griended
  • 1 Tspfennal powder
  • 1 Tspkebab masala homemade
  • 1 Tspmango powder
  • 2 Tspchat masala

Steps

20 mimiutes
  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker put washed keema,dal,whole spices,salt,ginger,onion, Garlic,raw papaya, turmric powder,add 1 cup water,lid it.cook it 10 mimiutes.

    Remove it from the flame.keep it a side 5 miniutes.

  3. 3

    Open the lid,water should be finished.put it in the mixture griender.griend it fine.

  4. 4

    Remove it from the jar.add all spices,fried onion paste,except Ghee.

  5. 5

    Make balls from this mixtures medium size.

  6. 6

    Bake it in the hot pan, sprinkle ghee in it.

  7. 7

    Bake it in slow flame,till crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot - hot with onion rings & green chuteny.sprinkle some chat masala.

  9. 9

    It can be taken any time.
