In a pressure cooker put washed keema,dal,whole spices,salt,ginger,onion, Garlic,raw papaya, turmric powder,add 1 cup water,lid it.cook it 10 mimiutes.

Remove it from the flame.keep it a side 5 miniutes.

Open the lid,water should be finished.put it in the mixture griender.griend it fine.

Remove it from the jar.add all spices,fried onion paste,except Ghee.

Make balls from this mixtures medium size.

Bake it in the hot pan, sprinkle ghee in it.

Bake it in slow flame,till crispy.

Serve it hot - hot with onion rings & green chuteny.sprinkle some chat masala.
