In a bowl mix besan, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, baking soda and mix

Now add water and make pakpra batter

Heat some oil on a non stick tawa
- 4
Cut bread in two halves, take one half and dip in pakora batter, coat the bread nicely, now place it on non stick tawa

Keep flame low, so besan is cooled properly

Once done on one side flip to other side, add some oil if needed and cook till golden brown
- 7
Cook till both the sides are nice and crispy.

Remove on serving plate and repeat for rest of the bread slices.

Serve with tamarind chutney or sauce.

It's a very healthy variation of bread pakora enjoy😊😋
