Fry onion & garlic in oil till golden brown, add in blended bell pepper and chili pepper (tomato is optional)

Add seasoning, chopped potatoes and water (sufficient to cook the potatoes and spaghetti)
3

Put the spaghetti when the potato is half-done
4

Add the canned fish and garnish with carrots, green pepper etc
