  • Spinach
  • Kales
  • Spider weed
  • Black night shade
  • 1onion, sliced
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash thoroughly with plenty of water, this is to ensure all particles and soil are removed.

  2. 2

    Cut into your favorite size, I like small size.

  3. 3

    Fry the onions, add the garlic.

  4. 4

    Add the vegetables.

  5. 5

    Add a little milk and salt to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve with hot Ugali.
