Heat a pan put Butter,let it hot.

Put çumin seeds let it cracle.

Add onion saute it.

Add green chilli.stir it.

Add quinoa & sama rice saute it.lid it 2 miniutes.add 1/2 cup water.

Open it stir it,add bell papers,peanuts.

Fry it 1 miniute

Now add salt,chilli flakes,mix it well.remove it from the flame.

Add capsico sauce,lime juice.

Mix it well.

Now it is ready,serve it in a bowl.
