Paneer bhurji with capsicum and peas

Steps

Heat 1tbsp oil and add whole spices, and garlic and ginger. Saute for a min. Add onion and cook till it turns transparent. Add tomato and salt as required and cook on high flame now for 2 mins.

Turn off heat and let it cool. Churn this to make gravy. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a big pan, add puree and saute on medium heat for 7-8 mins Or till oil releases from gravy. Add capsicum and peas. Mix well.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and kitchen king masala. Mix well and saute for a min. Add 1/2 cup warm water and cook for 2 mins.

Add crumbled paneer, mix well and add cream now. Mix well and cook just for a min.

Now it's ready. Enjoy with roti, parathas or naan.
