Pour pack of macaroni into pot add water and allow to parboil. Bring down wash put back on fire, add salt and teaspoon veg oil, water and allow to cook till soft and water dried.

For the stew, Wash chicken cook with seasoning, salt, thyme then when its soft fry chicken till golden brown and set aside. Use same veg. Oil to fry tomatoes paste till dry.

Pour stock from boiled chicken into fried tomatoes and add seasoning then cut curry leaves and add, salt and thyme, slice onions and pour. Allow to simmer then remove from heat and serve with prepared macaroni.
