Steps

First take a pan Add onion, ginger, garlic, tamatato, cashew and pour water in the pan.

Heat the pan for 25 min in medium flame.

Let it cool and strain in strainer.. And make a paste in mixer.

Then take a another non stick pan add butter.

Add cumin seed when splutter... Add Red chilli and paste and roasted it for 2 min.

Add salt, black pepper, gram masala cook 2 min.

Add panner cubes cook 10 min in slow flame.

Garnish with kasturi methi
