Ingredients

  • 1/2 cuppanner pieces
  • 3onion Chopped
  • 3tomato Chopped
  • 1 inchgingerChopped
  • 3-4garlic Chopped
  • 12-14cashew
  • 3 glasswater
  • 1 tbspButter
  • 1 tspshahi cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1/4black pepper
  • 1/4 grammasala
  • 2 tsptamatato pure
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededRoasted kasturi methi for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a pan Add onion, ginger, garlic, tamatato, cashew and pour water in the pan.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan for 25 min in medium flame.

  3. 3

    Let it cool and strain in strainer.. And make a paste in mixer.

  4. 4

    Then take a another non stick pan add butter.

  5. 5

    Add cumin seed when splutter... Add Red chilli and paste and roasted it for 2 min.

  6. 6

    Add salt, black pepper, gram masala cook 2 min.

  7. 7

    Add panner cubes cook 10 min in slow flame.

  8. 8

    Garnish with kasturi methi
