In a pot add oil and fry in some slice onions

Add the tomato paste

Add the blended scotch bonnet, tattashe, and onions

Stir for some minutes

Add meat stock

Add maggi and spices of choice

Allow it to boil and add the rice,when it is half done add the carrots and peas

Wash chicken and cut into pieces,boil the chicken by adding some spices like ginger, garlic, curry, onions etc, when is done fry it and keep it aside

In a pot add some oil add slice onions, allow it to fry a bit

Add the grounded scotch bonnet pepper, tattashe and onions and fry add seasoning Maggi, curry etc

Fry it for at least 10mins then add the chicken and stir fry for some minutes

Your jollof rice and peppered chicken is ready to serve and enjoy
