Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchopped beans
  2. 1 cuponion paste
  3. 1 cuptomato paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonjeera/cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsaunf/fennel seeds
  6. 1/2 teaspoonchilli powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonamchur powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonDhaniya powder
  9. Pinchgaram masala
  10. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  11. Pinchhing/asafoetida
  12. 1/2 teaspoonginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    First heat oil in kadhai add jeera,saunf, turmeric powder hing to it then add the onion paste to it add pinch of salt and ginger garlic paste now cook all very well till raw smell goes. Once done add tomato paste and all all the other masala and cook well with little salt.

    Once cooked add beans with little salt and mix cover and cook until soft serve with roti.
