Wash and chop mushrooms.

Peel and wash green peas.

Make paste with ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions in a grinder. Make paste of tomatoes separately in mixture grinder.

Heat oil in a cooker and crack cumin seeds in it. Now add onion and ginger/garlic paste. Saute till it leaves oil in sides. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and again saute for 1 minute. Add tomato paste and saute till the mixture leaves oil again.

Add peas and mushrooms in it and mix well. Add water and cook it up to 2 whistles.

Now open the cooker and add kasoori methi and again close the lid of cooker for two minutes.

Serve hot with chapati or naan.
