Soak Raw Rice for minimum 4 to 6 hours

Grind the soaked Rice along with freshly grated coconut to a very smooth consistency.

Add salt and adjust the ground batter by adding water to get a runny liquid consistency

Allow the batter to rest for about 30 mins and start pouring the batter on to medium hot Tawa, dosa should have pores formed across which is the right indication for proper dosa..

Ready to serve Neeru Dosa to be enjoyed with Chutney Powder/ Coconut Chutney
