Soak chole for 7 to 8 hours or overnight.

Drain the water and boil it with maximum amount of water and salt.

Make the gravy with chopped onion and tomatoes adding giner garlic paste and indian masalas like coriander powder, red chilli amd chola masala,tejpatta,green cardamom,little cinnamon stick and cloves.

Mix well and saute it and mow add boiled chole and stir it

Add green chilies and garnish it with coriander leaves

Serve with bhature and lots of love
