Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice soaked
  2. 1 cupchopped vegetable (carrot,onion,peas, tomato)
  3. 5 tspchopped fresh coriander
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 2 pinchblack pepper
  6. 1 tbspghee
  7. 1 tspjeera
  8. 3 bowlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add jeera, splutter it then saktey all vegetable 2minute,add water and rice.

  2. 2

    Add salt and black pepper to taste mix it.

  3. 3

    Now close the lid of pressure cooker and cooked it for 3 whistle.

  4. 4

    Khichdi is ready serve hot.
