Ingredients

  • 1 bowlrice soaked
  • 1 cupchopped vegetable (carrot,onion,peas, tomato)
  • 5 tspchopped fresh coriander
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 pinchblack pepper
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 3 bowlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add jeera, splutter it then saktey all vegetable 2minute,add water and rice.

  2. 2

    Add salt and black pepper to taste mix it.

  3. 3

    Now close the lid of pressure cooker and cooked it for 3 whistle.

  4. 4

    Khichdi is ready serve hot.
