Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped spinach
  • 3 tbspbesan
  • 1big potato finally thin chopped
  • 1big onion finally chopped
  • to tasteSalt and Red chilli powder
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add besan, spinach, potato and onion, salt and red chilli powder to taste.

  2. 2

    Add as needed water and make thick batter for pakodas.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a kadhai, and deep fry all pakoda.

  4. 4

    Serve with tomato sauce or chutney.
