Steps

Take potatoes, corn flour and mix well.

Take small boll of mixture and make small tikki.

Heat non stick tava, add oil for shallow fry tikki, and roasted tikki both sides till crispy.

Now put 2 tikki in a plate, pour chile over it, 2 tsp curd, chutney and sprinkle chat masala, saltand roasted jeera powder to taste.

Garnish with peas, sev and cashews.

Serve hot.
