  2. Fresh moringa
  3. Tattase
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Ginger
  6. Garlic
  7. Onion
  8. Seasoning
  9. Palm oil
  10. Cryfish

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry ur g/nut 1st (yafi kamshi)

  2. 2

    Prepare ur moringa wash n drain😎

  3. 3

    In a blender add all the kayan miya including ur g/nut n crayfish and blend not too smooth

  4. 4

    Put all in a pot add palm oil (u can fry urs depending on the type of manja you have)

  5. 5

    Add in seasoning and cook in ya dahu add ur moringa ki rufe har yayi...
