Heat a tawa, put some ghee and shallow fry the bread.

Prepare sugar syrup (one thread consistency), dip the fried breads into it and take it out.

Boil the milk and reduce it a bit, add sugar, saffron, milkmaid. Cook it for another 5 mins and put off the flame. Add the essence if using and the soaked sabja.

Time to put the sugar coated breads into the milk.
- 5
Garnish it with dry fruits, rose petals, (silver/golden varq), etc
