Peel the bananas and potatoes and wash them..as shown below

Cut them in in small cubes and a carrot as well

Assemble the following

Chop them ready

In a pan,put oil and onions,fry till golden brown,add the mixture of bananas,potatoes and carrotsmix

Mix them well,and add the tomatoes,grated carrot,ginger,garlic,royco and continue mixing for a while. Let them cook in a moisture

Add water that covers them and salt,cover them,let them cook till soft and tender add
- 8
Add coriander,and mix.ready to be served while hot
- 9
Served with avocado
