Bread Bhurji

Steps

Remove the hard edges from the bread slices and cut them into small cubes.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Pour the bread cubes into the yogurt mixture and let them soak for 2-3 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and green chilli. Saute till the onion turns translucent.

Add the marinated bread cubes and shallow fry for 8-10 minutes or until the moisture gets dried up.

Remove it to a serving plate and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and chaat masala. Serve hot.
