Steps

Firstly we have roast eggplant on medium to low flame till it’s cooked and peel the skin and keep aside.

Now bread pieces which r cut into roundels with the help of a lid of a jar roasted on tawa till it turns crunchy and crusty.

Take olive oil in a bowl and in it added lemon juice.

Add 1 tbsp tomato ketchup and some cheese spread and mix all these things well.

Now add roasted eggplant, green chilli, chopped bell peppers, onions and paneer cubes in the bowl.

Now add fresh basil leaves, parsley and chilli flakes with salt.Now it’s ready to be served on a roasted bread roundels by garnish with grated cheese.
