Chop the ham and hot dogs to your preferred size.

In a large pot, heat oil and fry the chorizo and bacon.

Once they release their fat, add the hot dogs and ham.

Once the mixture is slightly cooked, add the cilantro, stir, then add the cascabel chiles and chicken bouillon cubes.
