Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and boil the yam,add salt to taste.

  2. 2

    Cut and blend the carrots with fresh pepper and little water.fry in vegetable oil for ten minutes then add curry,salt,onion and maggi cubes.stir fry a bit and sauce is ready.
