The day before, soak the fenugreek seeds in water. Rinse them and add 2 cups of water, then bring to a boil.

In a large bowl, combine the semolina, flour, nigella seeds, sesame seeds, fenugreek seeds, yeast, sugar, baking powder, ghee, and olive oil. Knead them with the fenugreek water and let the dough rise for 1 hour.

After it has risen, spread the dough in a baking pan, cut it into pieces, and brush the top with a little syrup to give it a nice red color. Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) until the edges are golden brown, then broil the top. Pour cold syrup over it. Enjoy! ❤
