This is a recipe which takes me back down the memory lane every time I make it.In my college days when masala pao was the most delicious thing in our girls hostel canteen,we used to have it everyday with evening tea.Now also I prepare it sometimes and remember those beautiful days.They are spicy and tasty and can be prepared in no time.

Chop the onion tomatoes and green chillies.Heat a pan.Add oil.Then add Chopped onion.Cook for a minute and add tomato and chillies.Now add salt and red chilli powder.Let it cook for a minute more.

Heat a non stick pan.Place the bun and apply oil on both sides of the bun.Flip and cook on both sides till golden brown.Switch off the flame.Place the bun on a plate and stuff with masala.They are ready to serve.Have with hot tea!
