Minced those ginger sqeezed out the juice. then add wine and soya sauce.

Throw in the seasoning and mix well. Marinate it for at least few hours or best overnight.

Before cooking take chicken out of fridge to room temperature. Little oil Mid High heat, when pan is hot place wings in and cover with the lid for 2 mins. Flip when brown then cover with lid for another 2 mins. then change to MED heat and flip it from time to time until cooked. Give it a taste add in salt if needed.

Serve Hot. Done!
