Steps

Wash the tomatoes,cucumber,hoho and onions and cut to desired sizes in different dishes.

Deep fry the meat in water for 20min to soften the meat

Add the sliced onions in an empty cooking dish and add cooking oil and cook till the onions turn gold brown

Add the sliced tomatoes and cucumber and let them cook for 3min
- 5
Add the steamed meat to the cooking mixture and add salt to taste and let it cook for 5min
- 6
Add the remaining sliced hoho and add on top of the meat and let it steam for about 1min
- 7
Food is ready😗.Served alongside white rice and avocado😊
