DMix all dry ingredients together and rub in the butter with your hands.

Put the mixture on a dry floured surface and knead well. It should nor be too soft or too strong.

Leave to rest for a while and start cutting. You cut,roll on a flat floured surface and cut into desired shapes.

Deep fry in a preheated oil until golden brown
