Simply Amazing Spinach Enchiladas Simply Amazing Spinach Enchiladas
Warning: restaurant spinach enchiladas will never seem the same after this. This is an easy, simple recipe that all of it can be cooked today, or half of the sauce can be saved for another day. It has an healthier option that's still good. This would be my last meal request if I was on death row lol Ashley McCormack -
Split Pea Soup Split Pea Soup
So... we ate this Christmas ham and there was a lot of meat leftover. I couldn’t bare to watch it get thrown away so I took it home. Could have just made some ham and cheese sandwiches or ham and potato salad but there was a bag of split peas screaming to be cooked. Now... feel free to substitute any of the vegetables... they’re basically going to be disintegrated anyway. I used what I had on hand. Karl -

Toaster Oven Omelette With Colorful Vegetables Toaster Oven Omelette With Colorful Vegetables
I was chosen to be a tester for a heatproof cooking dish, so I thought up a recipe that just used the toaster oven. I wanted to make something that could be packed into bentos, and just needed to be prepped and mixed. Please adjust the cooking time depending on your toaster oven.In our toaster oven I cook it set at 240 °C, along with the toast. The toast is done first, but by the time you've buttered it the omelette is ready too. Recipe by marimari kitchen cookpad.japan -

This is my husband's recipe for Spicy Tuna. After eating this at Genki Sushi in Honolulu, he wondered what was in it, and decided to try making it himself. Spinach and Mixed Vegetables Stir-fried in Butter Spinach and Mixed Vegetables Stir-fried in Butter
Premade frozen vegetable can cost quite a bit, but if you make it yourself, you don't need to worry about additives and preservatives and it'll be cheaper too. Kill two birds with one stone. While this isn't a groundbreaking recipe, I couldn't find one like it when I searched, so I uploaded this. The spinach should still be a little firm after microwaving. If you over cook the spinach, it loses its color. This just needs a brief stir fry. I cook mine less than a minute.I like it in my bento with a little soy sauce. Recipe by Poron526 cookpad.japan -
Lasagna Lasagna
I learned this lasagna from my mom-in-law. She taught me how to make it. When I was in Accra City, I tried to make on my own. It was successful and She is very proud of me. It is on your preference. Tizz -
Kandi's Cream of Lemon Chicken Soup (crockpot) Kandi's Cream of Lemon Chicken Soup (crockpot)
When I was a cook I would make the daily soups based on what needed to get used before going bad. One day it was lemons and chicken breasts, told my boss who said absolutely not: "THAT WOULD BE DISGUSTING!" Naturally, I made it anyways. He came storming into the kitchen after having a bowl raving that it must be made once a week minimum from now on 'cuz it was the best soup he ever had!! :) Kandi -

Easy Chicken & Dumplings Easy Chicken & Dumplings
I'm a vegetarian but my family are meat eaters. So I've learned how to cook with meat. While watching Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives one day I saw someone making this different kind of Chicken and Dumplings. It was very simple and it inspired me to do this recipe. I added vegetables when the guy on the TV did not. My family loved this recipe and they said it tasted just like chicken and dumplings even though I used biscuits instead of actual dumplings. Give it a try. You'll be surprised. Debbie
