Mix the flour and semolina well, then add oil, salt and knead into a semi soft dough. Cover and leave for 10 min.

Divide the dough into equal parts and make balls. Flatten a ball and roll like thin puri. Deep fry, from slow to medium flame till you get a real crisp golden kachori.
Make all the kachoris in the same way. - 3
Take one Or two kachoris make a big hole in a centre and stuff step by step in the following order.

Boiled potatoes, papdi, boiled chickpeas, sprouts, sprinkle all spices, pour curd, both salt, tamarind chutney, green chutney, spices, curd again, fine sev, pomegranate seeds. Now it's done. Serve quickly
