Self raising flour
Salt
1/4butter & 3/4 lard chopped fine (cold)

Steps

Mix all of the ingredients together (to look like fine breadcrumbs)

Add water (cold)

Mix with a knife

Make into a dough

Refrigerate for 30 minutes

Bake in a hot oven (middle shelf)
