Ingredients

  • Self raising flour
  • Salt
  • 1/4butter & 3/4 lard chopped fine (cold)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all of the ingredients together (to look like fine breadcrumbs)

  2. 2

    Add water (cold)

  3. 3

    Mix with a knife

  4. 4

    Make into a dough

  5. 5

    Refrigerate for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Bake in a hot oven (middle shelf)
