Ingredients

  1. 200 gmwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupdry fruits of your choice
  3. 50 gmkhoya
  4. 200 gmghee
  5. 150 gmcastor Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a wok roast wheat flour till light brown add khoya and dry fruits, add sugar and mix well.

  2. 2

    Grease a plate with ghee add all mixture and cut into square after 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
