Steps

  1. 1

    Salt the joint of beef

  2. 2

    Add to a baking dish

  3. 3

    Add water & oxo

  4. 4

    Cook in a medium to hot oven for about an hour

  5. 5

    Turn oven down & cook for another hour (keep basting)
