Ingredients

  • Noodles
  • Suya (dryfish or goatmeat can be used as well)
  • Onions
  • Yaji(suya pepper)
  • Palm oil (teaspoon)
  • Ugwu Nd scent leave in same proportion

Steps

  1. 1

    Put noodles in boiling water and allow for 90secs then sieve out water, put it back in the pot Nd add a little hot water, the onions, the yaji and suyaand the palm oil and allow to cook on medium low heat till dry, add then add ur leave Nd stir till dry.

    Very sweet something.... Yummm!
