Ingredients

  1. 1finely cut cabbage
  2. 2grated carrots
  3. 1finely chopped onion
  4. 1/2 spoonsalt
  5. 1 tbspfrying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil and the onions in a sufuria and let them cook until they are golden brown

  2. 2

    Add carrots and salt and let it cook for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add your cabbage and cover and let them steam for 6 mins

  4. 4

    Can be served with ugali or rice
