Steps

Wash all vegetables and dice then keep aside. Wash and season chicken cook to get stock then fry chicken and set aside.

Parboil rice and wash. Add stock and little water to pot, add salt, seasoning and curry, add roughly blended pepper allow to boil then pour rice to cook (not too soft).

Add vegetable oil into pan heat up then add chopped vegetables and fry for 3mins adding seasoning, spice while frying.

Pour fried vegetables on top of cooked rice, chop onions and add allow to simmer on low heat till completely dry, remove from heat and serve with chicken and coslow.
