Ingredients

30 min
  • 1 kgidli batter
  • 200 gpotato (boiled & mashed)
  • 100 gpeas (boiled)
  • 1onion (chopped)
  • 2green chilli
  • Haldi
  • 1/2 tspKali mirchi (black pepper)
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 1/2 tspAmchur powder
  • 1/2 tspMustard Seed
  • 1 pinchHing
  • to tasteSalt
  • Carionder leaves half bunch (chopped)
  • 2 tspGhee
  • 2 tspOil
  • curry leaves

  1. 1

    For stuffing masala.in a pan put oil and heat and add mustard seeds and hing, green chilli, curry leaves, onion and fry for 2 min then add haldi, kalimirchi and mashed potato, and peas and fry for 2 min and add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and fry for 5 min and half the flame stuffing masala is ready give round shaped for stuffing masala

    First we can prepare idli batter and keep aside for four hours.

    Take idli cooker and apply in idli plate ghee and put idli batter in the batter middle put stuffing masala and put idli batter again you can prepare for all the idli plate and steamed for 15 min then idli is ready

    In a plate arrange the stuffing masala idlis you can cut the idli in the middle you can see the stuffing masala

  5. 5

    Serve with green chutney or tomato chutney children's are liked very much
