  2. 7 oz.Sugar
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 tsp.Vanilla
  5. 4 oz.Flour
  6. 3/4 cupBaking Cocoa
  7. 1/2 tsp.Baking Soda
  8. 1/2-1 cupWhite Chocolate Chips (optinal)
  9. 1/4 cupNuts (optinal)

    Cream butter & sugar until fluffy

    Add egg & vanilla

    Combine flour, baking cocoa & baking soda in seperate bowl

    Slowly blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture

    Portion with cookie scoop onto greased cookie sheet

    Bake in oven at 350 deg. for 8 min.
