1 bowlchopped fennel seeds
1/2 bowl wheat floor
1 bowlghee
1 bowlsugar
as neededchopped almonds
200 gmkhoya
100 gmmilk

Steps

Fry the floor the ghee...add the roasted soaf in it...when it is red brown
2

Add soaf,khoya,sugar,almonds, in it....after 2-3 minutes add milk in it
3

Take a plate and Grease it with ghee...and add the above made material in it
4

When it is cool..cut the pieces..and garnish it with dry fruits
