Heat oil and fry the dumplings and keep aside

Now add oil and fry the gourd slices adding salt and turmeric powder till crisp

Remove it and keep aside and fry the brinjals with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside

Now add oil and temper celery seeds and red chilli whole

Add rest of the vegetables and saute well till it is soft

Now add water and simmer adding ford, brinjal sliced and dumplings for 10 mimutes

Then add the mustard and poppy seeds paste and mix

Add sugar and give a good boil
