Steps

Take suji, salt and soda in a mixing bowl

Add curd and water and mix well

Add chopped and grated veggies and mix well.

Heat a appam pan, put some ghee and put a spoonful of batter in it

Cover with lid and let it cook for 5 mins

Once done flip them and again add few drops of ghee and cover to Baker the another side

Wait for 5 mins and your appam are ready

Serve hot with tangy tomato sauce
