  • Fried beef
  • Seasonings
  • TbspnOil
  • 2Egg
  • Chopped Green and red bell pepper
  • Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute your chopped bell peppers with onion oil, and thyme on low heat.

  2. 2

    Add the fried meat and potatoes and continue frying.

  3. 3

    Correct your seasoning and add the egg.

  4. 4

    Continue frying till it's done. Serve hot
