  • 1big bowl pre boiled peas
  • 4large carrots
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • 2eggplant

  1. 1

    Fry onions in a pot till they brown & add garlic.

    Add tomatoes & eggplant Add cook to a paste.

    Add pre boiled peas that are frozen, cook for five minutes.

    Add grated carrots to the peas & stir, season with salt. Turn off the fire.

    Serve with rice & fried Chicken.
