  1. 3 cupsfresh blueberries
  2. 1/4 cupagave nectar
  3. 1/4 cupchia seeds
  4. 1/2 tsppure vanilla extract

  1. 1

    Combine berries and agave in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries begin to soften and burst, about 5 minute.

  2. 2

    Add chia seeds and cook until very thick, about 15 minutes. Stir often. The gelling qualities of the chia will thicken even further

  3. 3

    Remove from heat and let cool then add vanilla extract. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
