This is a great 4-ingredient healthy jam that I got from Bob's Red Mill health products that I wanted to share with you.

Combine berries and agave in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until berries begin to soften and burst, about 5 minute.

Add chia seeds and cook until very thick, about 15 minutes. Stir often. The gelling qualities of the chia will thicken even further
- 3
Remove from heat and let cool then add vanilla extract. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
